Shipping & Returns

Our items are shipped out within 1-6 business days, we use FedEx, UPS and US mail.  Diapers, maternity supports, and mattresses usually ship the same day or the next day.  I will let you know if it will be more longer than this. Personalization, custom orders or large items may take longer.  Express shipping is available at checkout.  If an item is needed by a certain date, please leave us a comment at checkout.  If you would like to rush order, please contact us for time & cost. Orders with multiply items may be shipped separately. If you have any questions about shipping please don't hesitate to contact us.  For your security, large orders are usually shipped signature required.

Returns

We gladly accept returns made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise (45 days for all cloth diapers, please note any other exceptions below) submit a request for a Return Authorization Number. To insure proper credit to your account, all returns need to include your order number and have a Return Authorization number assigned by AllAmericanBabies.com  Please note personalized or customized merchandise is non-refundable.

Please do not return any merchandise without a Return Authorization, merchandise needs to be returned to the proper warehouse.  AllAmericanBabies.com is not responsible and will not accept merchandise returned without prior authorization.  By returning merchandise without a Return Authorization Number, the customer will be forfeiting their funds.

All returned merchandise must be sealed in its original packaging with the Return Authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Only unopened, unused merchandise may be returned. Merchandise that has been worn will not be accepted. Any item that has had the batteries installed is considered used merchandise.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return postage is the customer's responsibility and is also non-refundable. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee up to 20%, usually only for higher priced items. Actual shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount even if the original order received free or flat rate shipping.

Some merchandise may be non-returnable or have a different return policy:

  • All personalized items are non-refundable.  Please contact me immediately if your item has a manufacturer's defect.
  • Due to the intimates of all Prenatal Cradle products, returns may be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
  • Unused Thirsties, Happy Heinys, Drybees or Wahmies products may be returned, if there is a manufacturer's defect, please let me know. Defects include loose stitching, holes, mis-sewn, etc.   
  • Used Happy Heinys, Thirsties, Drybees or Wahmies products can be returned in some cases, they may be charged a 40% fee. Please email me.
  • Little Miss Liberty products may be returned within 3-5 days of receipt.  Unless otherwise noted.
  • Items sold from the Used section are sold as is, no warranty. All American Babies can not be held responsible as I can not guarantee previous use or abuse of used items.

Orders are charged at the time of purchase, this includes back ordered products and special orders.

I strive to ensure all items found on All American Babies.com are made in the USA.  If you find an item that is not made in the USA, please contact me and let me know.
